Exposure of the roots from the mature London Planes with the use of the 'air spade' enables a full analysis of the rooting pattern.


The full but careful excavation of the roots under the pavement enables the differentiation between roots and services, which is not always clear in other methods.



ACS has been commissioned to assess the quality of these two London Plane trees at the base of the BT tower in London in order to contemplate the impact of their removal or pruning.
