A youthful Hal Appleyard was always destined to be at the top of the ladder!



The use of the Magrius 120 Fire Engine with a 30m ladder was a very useful tool for accessing trees such as those near to streets.
A snip at just under £5,000 pre-owned! The orange lights & siren all came as standard and were most useful in by-passing traffic jams.

Very proud of the massive wound we had just made in this tree, which has probably fallen over by now! Needless to say, the company stopped this practice shortly after this photo was taken in around 1986.
