Insurance Assessment

In recent years, trees have been associated with the causes of subsidence in low-rise buildings.

Presented with a case where a tree has the potential to cause damage to a prefabricated garage, we need to assess the consequences of tree retention and/or tree removal and the impact upon the local landscape. We provide written assessments of trees and their potential for a contribution to existing or future damage.

We will advise Insurance Companies, Loss Adjusters, Building Societies and Property Managers in respect of the arboricultural implications and possible solutions.
